We offer State elderly and non-elderly disabled housing in single bedroom units and a Federal Section 8 Voucher program. We also have an MRVP based site for Veterans.
Applications for our elderly and non-elderly disabled housing can be picked up from the main office or mailed. They are also available on the DHCD website.

The applications for the Section 8 program can be obtained at the administrative office or can be accessed on line at Section8listmass.org, as we are part of the Centralized Waiting List.

The MRVP application for the O’Connor-Sisson House for Veterans can be picked up at the office or be downloaded from DHCD’s website.

Traditionally, veteran, elderly residents have about a year wait. Non-elderly and non-residents can have as long as a seven year wait.
Vouchers are issued on an “available funding” basis not to exceed the cap of 197 vouchers.
An applicant may call the office and, by giving a staff member their control number (given at the time of application), they can be told their approximate place on each waiting list.

NO INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A CONTROL NUMBER AND THIS INFO IS TO BE GIVEN TO THE APPLICANT ONLY!
