The Dartmouth Housing Authority maintains 197 Housing Choice vouchers.  These vouchers can be used anywhere in the United States.

Income Limits:

  • One person:       $20,650
  • Two persons:     $23,600
  • Three persons:  $26,550
  • Four persons:    $29,450
  • Five persons:     $31,850
  • Six persons:       $34,200

Rent is based on 30% of net income, not to exceed 40%.
Payment standards and Fair Market Rents (FMR) can be obtained by calling the Section 8 office of the housing authority.

We do not have public family housing.
